the USA, have been a shock, for many; an “accident” for others. There
might be more shocks to come, specifically in what former French Prime
Minister, Dominic de Villepin, named “my old country, from an old
continent, Europe” (during a NATO speech and vote a few years ago,

ICBA Romania
Established: 2001
ICBA Romania, known locally as Otto Broker was founded in 2001. Otto
Broker has 30 selling offices around the country, and is the largest
employer in the insurance brokerage in Romania, with a team of 130
people.
ICBA Romania is separated into two divisions: retail and corporate.
Corporate services include trade credit insurance, guarantees but also
commercial credits, insurance of civil liability, property or auto risks,
as well as niche and custom-made products.
ICBA Romania takes part in informative activities regarding insurance
issues and risk management. With cooperation of Groupama Insurance, ICBA
Romania hosted a seminar in February 2017, "Liability management.
Emerging risks, legal and practical issues", addressing the
increasing complexity of business environment, legislative changes, and
the appearance of new technologies which could result in personal
liability of respective directors.
